The Sleipner SX35/140 35 kg 12V external stern thruster is designed to offer optimal, safe and comfortable maneuverability on board.

This is the new SX35/140-12V-50MM-2 version , incorporating the latest technical developments for increased performance and reliability.

Suitable for boats whose configuration does not allow the installation of a tunnel thruster, it constitutes a high-performance and versatile solution to improve maneuvers in port as well as while underway.

This thruster allows three types of mounting : on the transom, under the hull at the bow or at the stern, thus offering great installation flexibility.

Installed at the bow, it can be positioned far forward of the center of rotation, significantly increasing efficiency without risk of propeller ventilation.

Compared to a tunnel thruster, the performance gain can reach 30 to 40% depending on the installation.
