Shipping within 24 hours for in-stock items and free delivery on orders over €150
Our shipping costs include the cost of delivering the package(s), as well as the cost of preparing your order (packaging and handling). Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of your order and your delivery location.Parcels are generally shipped within 24 hours of receiving payment (excluding weekends and public holidays) for products in stock.
Delivery is FREE for orders over €150 within Metropolitan France and ONLY with the following carriers: Colissimo, Colissimo Relais, and Mondial Relay for small parcels. Shipping costs for items delivered by a specialized carrier (over 30 kg) are €39 for Metropolitan France and vary for Europe, except for certain categories that require additional handling fees or specific transport.

Your parcel will be delivered against signature within 72 hours (working days) by the postman in Metropolitan France and within 2 to 7 days in Europe.

Your parcel will then be delivered against signature the next day before 1 p.m. (business days) without prior appointment in Metropolitan France and within 2 to 4 days in Europe. For French Overseas Departments and Territories (DOM-TOM), delivery times may vary depending on the weight and contents of the parcel.

Shipping method for packages over 30 kilograms or sensitive items. Delivery time varies depending on the delivery location (between 2 and 7 days) for mainland France and up to 10 days for Europe. Products sold by Aquanautique.com are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. The warranty varies depending on the type of product sold and is valid from the date of delivery. Your refund request, whether sent by email or post, must include the following information:

You have the option to return a product (unused and in its original packaging) within 14 days of the delivery date. All return requests will be reviewed by our customer service department. We will respond within 6 days and issue a refund according to our Terms and Conditions of Sale.
The right of withdrawal is reserved exclusively for individual consumers (natural persons who purchase goods not for purposes related to their professional activity, commercial or entrepreneurial activities) therefore cannot be exercised by legal entities and natural persons acting for purposes related to professional activity.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to manufacturer-sealed products (navigation memory cards, software update memory cards) that have been opened and/or used after delivery for warranty purposes, except in cases of manufacturing defects or non-conformity. This provision aims to preserve the safety and integrity of the products, as well as to prevent any abuse of the return policy. An original, manufacturer-sealed item that has been opened or damaged may not be sold or resold.
For returns, the customer is responsible for shipping costs. We do not provide return shipping labels.
