The ZF CruiseCommand 785CE with Speed Boost is the new generation of electronic control systems developed by ZF Mathers, succeeding the MicroCommand and ClearCommand ranges.
It is designed specifically for large vessels, up to 4 control stations , equipped with electronic engines with electronic throttle controls and solenoid-controlled transmissions.
The CruiseCommand system is fully electronic and "plug and play", offering simplified installation thanks to dedicated connectors and quick configuration directly via the processor.
The system is pre-programmed at the factory to significantly reduce installation and commissioning time.
Main functions:
- Start Interlock : prevents starting if the transmission is not in neutral
- Station Transfer : Simple and secure transfer between control stations
- Single Lever Operation : Combined speed and transmission control
- Engine Synchronization : automatic synchronization of engines to optimize fuel consumption and reduce vibration and noise
- Warm Up Mode : allows the engine to warm up before use
- Speed Boost : improves system response and responsiveness
