The TZT12F includes a 1 kW TruEcho CHIRP™ sonar. Furuno's TruEcho CHIRP™, designed to operate over a wide frequency range using a Broadband probe, offers significant benefits in signal clarity and target definition. Due to the constant frequency scanning, the TruEcho CHIRP™ is capable of collecting lots of data and excellent quality. Alternatively, the built-in sonar is capable of outputting a traditional CW signal for those who prefer 50/200 kHz frequency transducers and thus obtain ACCU-FISH™ and Bottom Discrimination functions.

The TZT9F GPS sonar combo, along with the TZT12F, TZT16F and TZT19F, allows mariners to customize their navigation console with NMEA Award-winning DRS radars, integrated fishfinders or optional Black-Boxes, AIS and VHF, autopilots NavPilot, compasses and several weather options. Furuno's new NXT magnetron-less Doppler radars provide the TZtouch3 with state-of-the-art, high-performance radar functions. Features such as Fast Target Tracking, Bird Mode, Rain Mode and Target Analyzer™, where dangerous targets are displayed in red, alerting navigators to the situation at a glance. Furuno's wide selection of magnetron and solid-state radars ensures there is a radar to meet your needs.

In addition to the built-in fishfinder, you can also connect the DFF3D multibeam fishfinder. The DFF3D allows you to transform your multifunction screen into a 120° port to starboard multibeam echo sounder. Observe the depth and direction in which schools of fish move, while displaying the seabed reliefs in real time!

The NavNet TZtouch3 Series includes an extensive MapMedia Raster and Vector mapping library. Installing the mapping is as simple as purchasing a license and entering the unlock code. Furuno includes high-resolution satellite photos for most map areas. With TIMEZERO PhotoFusion, you will be able to overlay all your high-resolution satellite images without hiding important map details. You can also apply a custom depth color scale to 2D and 3D vector and raster maps, ensuring a seamless fusion of map data, satellite photos and depth color scale. You will know the water depth at a glance. Bathymetric fishing maps are also available.
