The SCM60 MPPT-MB is Mastervolt's largest MPPT charge regulator. With a 600 to 3600 Wp solar module input, connections for 12, 24 and 48 V battery banks and a MasterBus port, this ChargeMaster Solar is perfectly suited to medium and large installations.
The innovative technology of Mastervolt MPPT charge regulators increases the efficiency of solar panels. The SCM60 MPPT-MB charges your batteries up to 30% faster than MIL regulators with an equivalent quantity of solar modules.
Alongside traditional 36 and 72 cell solar panels, the SCM60 MPPT-MB is also ideal for entry level 60 cell panels. Since the maximum PV input voltage is 145 V, it is possible to connect multiple panels in series, significantly reducing cable lengths, as well as installation times and power losses in cabling.
The SCM60 MPPT-MB is suitable for all battery types including Mastervolt Lithium Ion. The charging profiles are pre-programmed for each type of battery and the selection is made on the display or via the MasterBus network. The SCM60 MPPT-MB is very quiet. It is equipped with a clear and user-friendly display. Built-in protection against overloads, battery voltage sags and spikes, overheating, short circuits and reverse polarity puts safety first. In addition, the housing of the SCM60 MPPT-MB is robust and protects the device against condensation, according to the IP23 protection rating.

The MasterBus platform puts advanced functions at your fingertips and makes it possible to monitor the entire energy installation from a single display. This intelligent single-cable system simplifies wiring. This results in a saving in weight and space. In addition, the system can be automated and adapted to your needs.
Architects, builders and all stakeholders will appreciate: less material, less work, fewer adjustments and easy testing maneuvers. The system interface offers a choice of ten languages. It is identical for all Mastervolt devices, whether battery chargers, inverters, Combis, batteries or others.
Use the MasterBus network to turn on the water heater as soon as the batteries are fully charged. Or connect the ChargeMaster Solar to the Mastervolt Lithium Ion battery via MasterBus, thus avoiding operations on the relays usually required for this type of battery. The possibilities are limitless.
