The MAGMA 11 x 17 inch rectangular cooking plate is designed to offer a versatile, high-performance cooking solution perfectly suited for use in a marine environment.
Made from cast aluminum , it ensures excellent heat distribution and has a non-stick coating allowing for controlled cooking and easy cleaning.
Reversible, it allows two cooking modes: a smooth side for plancha-type preparations (eggs, pancakes, fish) and a grill side for searing meats and vegetables.
The grill face is equipped with a deep drainage channel to efficiently remove grease, while the high, conical rim limits splashing and prevents spills.
Compatible with all MAGMA rectangular barbecues of 28 x 46 centimeters and larger , it integrates perfectly with your onboard cooking equipment.
A removable stainless steel handle with rubber coating ensures simple, comfortable and secure handling.
