If we were to describe the PowerDrive in two words, it would be basic, but effective. It's the simplest and most efficient motor on the market.
Available with or without GPS, between operation with a pedal or a micro-remote control, it's now up to you to be efficient in your choice.
Enhanced GPS System (GPS versions only): The most reliable navigation system for fishing. The motor uses GPS to control your motor with unmatched features. Record routes, control speed and direction, .... Minn Kota makes positioning and boat control automatic, while taking commands from the motor's wireless remote.
Spot-Lock: Function that allows you to stabilize your boat around a point stored in the remote control (or in the handset). The motor is autonomous to compensate for the effects of wind, current, etc.
AutoPilot: The precision of your GPS keeps the boat in the predefined direction while correcting for drift effects related to current or wind.
These functions are accessible either from the One Boat Network app, from your Humminbird handset, or on the optional Wireless Remote.
One-Boat Network: Ready to use, Minn Kota motors come standard with all the necessary cables to connect to compatible Humminbird fishfinder combos, unlocking more advanced navigation features without additional adapters or complicated setup procedures. (available on GPS versions only)
Micro Remote Control: Powerdrive GPS (Spot-Lock versions) come with the waterproof, wireless micro remote control. It provides easy access to the main functions: Spot-Lock, speed, direction, and AutoPilot.
Electric pedal (only on versions without GPS) : allows you to control all the motor functions by foot, leaving your hands free to devote yourself fully to fishing.
Equipped with a constant or single-stroke mode, speed control, it comes with a 6-meter cable allowing it to be used from anywhere on board the boat.
Digital Maximizer: With the Maximizer, simply choose the desired speed and the motor will regulate the route by reducing energy consumption, thus extending the life of the battery and the mechanics for the same available power.
