The Garmin gWind Wireless 2 wind sensor offers a simple, cable-free solution. It's ideal for installations on masts up to 15m high. The gWind Wireless 2 connects directly to a compatible GNX Wind display or GPSMAP chartplotter and sends reliable, accurate wind data via ANT® wireless.
The gWind Wireless 2 features the same design as the original Nexus® wind vane with its twin-tail design and 3-blade propeller for stable and highly accurate wind data, even in light winds. This vane is available individually or in packs. It can be used alone or connected to an existing NMEA 2000® network.
