The MPPT RS SmartSolar 450/100-Tr is a 48 V VE.Direct Port, VE.Can Port and Bluetooth solar charge controller with up to 450 VDC PV input, and 100 A or 200 A output. It is used in on-grid and off-grid solar applications requiring maximum battery charging power.
With multiple MPPT trackers, you can optimize your solar panel design for maximum yield at your specific location.
Full galvanic isolation between PV and battery connections provides additional safety to the entire system. Thanks to high-frequency technology and a new design, this powerful charger weighs only 7.9 kg for the 100 A model. In addition, it features excellent efficiency, low standby power consumption and very quiet operation.
The screen reads the battery and controller parameters. The same settings are accessible from a smartphone or a device with an activated Bluetooth function. Additionally, the Bluetooth function can also be used to configure the system and change settings using VictronConnect.
The MPPT RS continuously monitors the PV array, and it can detect if there are any failures that reduce panel insulation to a dangerously safe level.
Connect to a GX device for system monitoring, data logging, and remote firmware updates. VE.Can makes it possible to connect up to 25 units in parallel and synchronize their load.
Connections for programmable relay, temperature probe, auxiliary digital input, and voltage probe. The remote input is compatible with the Victron smallBMS as well as other types of BMS with an "Allow-to-charge" signal
