The MLI series offers extreme lithium-ion performance even under the most difficult conditions, such as high charge and discharge currents, humid environments, mechanical shocks or vibrations. This is achieved by combining our best-in-class Lithium-Iron Phosphate (LiFePO4) cells with a proprietary Battery Management System (BMS) inside a rugged, waterproof enclosure.

The sophisticated Mastervolt BMS guarantees optimal use of each individual cell. Built-in battery monitoring gives you accurate and up-to-date information about your battery's status. Integrated NMEA2000, CZone and MasterBus communication allows for complete system integration, to ensure the best possible charge, while maximizing your battery life.

Self-balancing algorithm
MLI Ultra batteries are equipped with a self-balancing algorithm that predicts the behavior of each battery cell and proactively balances itself, resulting in a faster and more efficient charge cycle. This system helps eliminate unnecessary stress on the cells, resulting in even longer battery life.

Performance in freezing cold weather
The MLI Ultra 1250 comes with an integrated thermal heating pad and sophisticated low temperature control to ensure maximum charging performance in freezing temperatures. In cold weather, it uses the attached charger to power the heating pad and keep the battery cell temperature above freezing. This ensures the fastest possible charge and full power capabilities, even on the coldest days. Integrated battery switch

The integrated battery safety switch disconnects the battery cells in the event of anomalies. This is based on smart algorithms analyzing all battery status details such as charging current, temperature, cell details, etc. Where other integrated switches have current limitations, the MLI Ultra 1250 will continue to supply power up to 200 amps continuously.

Installing a Lithium Ion battery has never been easier. Connect the MLI Ultra 1250 to any compatible Mastervolt charger, connect the communication cable and the battery automatically configures the charger to match the battery. This way, a smooth and hassle-free charging experience is ensured without the need for configuration tools.
