Aquanautique offers several delivery methods and works with different service providers.


Dispatch within 24 hours for products in stock and free delivery from 150 euros of purchase

Our transport costs include the costs of transporting the package(s), as well as the costs of preparing your order (packaging and packaging). Our transport costs are applied according to the total weight of your order and your delivery area.
Packages are generally shipped within 24 hours after receipt of payment (excluding weekends and public holidays) for products in stock.

Delivery is FREE from 150 euros for purchases in Metropolitan France and ONLY with carriers: Colissimo, Colissimo Relais and Mondial Relay for small packages. The transport costs for items delivered by specialized carrier (over 30 kg) are 39 euros for mainland France and variable for Europe, except for certain categories which require additional handling costs or specific transport.

Delivery in mainland France, Corsica and Europe

Standard, Express and large volume delivery (France and Europe)

Your package will be delivered to you against signature within 72 hours (working days) by the postman in Metropolitan France and within 2 to 7 days in Europe.

Your package will then be delivered to you against signature, the next day before 1 p.m. (working days) without an appointment in Metropolitan France and within 2 to 4 days in Europe. For the French Overseas Territories the delivery time may vary depending on the weight and contents of the package.
Mode of transport for packages weighing more than 30 kilograms or sensitive. The time varies depending on the delivery location (between 2 to 7 days) for Metropolitan France and up to 10 days for Europe. For delivery in the French Overseas Territories please contact us for a specific quote.
Specific handling or transportation charges apply to batteries and solar panels and other security products.

Delivery to relay point (France ONLY)

At a post office, at a Pickup relay or Pickup Station locker. Delivery varies from 2 to 5 days.

Easily collect your parcels near your home or work directly from all our Chronopost relay points within 48 hours.

Our out-of-home delivery solution allows you to save more than 40% on your shipments, and with an average delivery time of 3 working days in mainland France. We have two local delivery options: Relais® Points and Lockers.

FREE DELIVERY from 150 euros of purchase

Available ONLY for delivery in France or Corsica with Colissimo and Mondial Delay carriers. The weight of the package cannot exceed 20 kilograms . Code to enter in the basket once the carrier has been selected: LIVG150

PLEASE NOTE: Certain items weighing less than 20 kilograms are fragile or by their nature cannot be shipped by Colissimo and Mondial Relay. This is the case for products such as: Cooling units, evaporators, solar panels and all other products over 800 euros.

International delivery & USA offers international shipments under certain conditions. Certain so-called “risky” countries cannot be delivered. To obtain a quote for transport costs, please contact us.

Transport information, shipping on public holidays in France

It will not be possible to make shipments on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. The delivery of packages will also be delayed during public holidays in France or in the country of destination.

Return condition

Products sold by benefit from the manufacturer's warranty. The warranty varies depending on the type of product sold and applies from the date of delivery of the product. The warranty only applies to normal use of the product. To find out more about our guarantees, we invite you to refer to our General Conditions of Sale.

A customer who has placed an order on our site can request a complaint, exchange or refund by post to the following address:

Your reimbursement request sent by e-mail or postal mail must include the following information:
- Your first and last name
- Your order number
- The reference(s) of the products concerned by the request

You have the option of returning a product to us (unused and in its original packaging) within 14 days from the delivery date. For any return request, your request will be studied by our customer service. We will respond to you within 6 days and issue a refund according to our General Conditions of Sale.

The right of withdrawal is reserved exclusively for individual consumers (natural persons who purchase the goods not for purposes linked to their professional, commercial or entrepreneurial activity) cannot therefore be exercised by legal entities and natural persons acting for purposes linked to professional activity.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products sealed by the manufacturer (navigation memory cards, Software update memory cards) opened and or used after delivery for warranty reasons, except in the event of a manufacturing defect or of non-compliance. This provision aims to preserve the safety and integrity of the products, as well as to avoid any abuse of the returns policy. An original item sealed by the manufacturer that is opened or broken cannot be sold or resold.
Items returned by you must be in perfect condition, unused and in their original packaging. Any returned product that is incomplete, showing signs of use or damaged will not be refunded or replaced.

For a return, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not issue a return postal label.
